Exchange and Return Policy
At Carolemon Custom Nails, I take pride in every handcrafted set. Because my products are custom-made to order and due to strict hygiene standards, please review the following policies.
🚫 Final Sale Policy
Due to the personalized nature of custom press-on nails, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind: Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned.
Sizing errors: Please double-check your measurements before ordering. I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for sets that do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided at checkout.
Design variations: As each set is uniquely hand-painted, slight variations are a hallmark of handmade art. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to digital screen settings.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Carrier Responsibility: I am not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" or for delays caused by the carrier.
Missing Packages: If your package is lost or missing, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
⚡ The "Get My Nails Fast" Guarantee
The only exception to the no-refund policy applies to the Rush Service fee.
If I fail to meet the 4-business-day processing deadline for your rush order, I will issue a full refund for the rush fee only.
Your custom set will still be completed and shipped as soon as possible.
🕗 Order Modifications & Cancellations
You have a 24-hour window to modify or cancel your order after it is placed. After 24 hours, the hand-painting process has begun, and I am no longer able to offer cancellations or changes.
✨ Issues or Concerns?
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can personally look into it.

Include: Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Resolution: I review concerns on a case-by-case basis. At my discretion, I may offer a replacement, a discount, or store credit.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or I have sent the incorrect set, please notify me immediately. If the error was made on my end, I will remake and ship the correct items at no additional cost.
